first steps
Reiki is easy to learn and easy to practice.
Shortly after your First Degree seminar starts you will receive a Reiki attunement to open your energy field to the healing flow of Reiki. You will leave the training fully empowered and confident to practice Reiki on yourself, and to share professional treatments with family and friends.
My Reiki Training Seminars are designed to be open and supportive with the emphasis on hands-on practice, student participation and discussion. To ensure this all Reiki First Degree classes are limited to approximately 3 students.
