An overview
of Karuna Reiki
Karuna Reiki® was developed by William Lee Rand who is also the founder of the International Centre for Reiki Training and has a strong background in metaphysics. As a Usui Master Teacher, William extensively researched the Usui System of Natural Healing and subsequently developed new techniques including Reiki Aura Clearing, the healing attunement and Karuna Reiki® and Holy Fire Reiki .
Reiki evolves
Karuna 1995
Karuna Reiki® is a natural progression of Usui Reiki with a very distinctive and unique feel. A Sanskrit word used within Hinduism and Buddhism, Karuna is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others, or “compassionate action.” Karuna Reiki® gives more flexibility, allowing Reiki Masters to be better healers with a further eight treatment symbols and one master symbol, that act as additional healing tools with stronger vibrations. This form of Reiki is considerably more powerful than that of Usui Reiki.
Holy Fire
Reiki – 2014
Holy Fire Reiki Holy Fire Reiki came to William Lee Rand in January of 2014 in Hana, Maui while he was preparing to teach an ART/Master class. This energy was then added to the Usui Reiki classes and Karuna Reiki® classes. Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Among its many qualities is a sense of safety and being loved.
